Shipping Policy
All of my original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the delicate nature of my artwork and the cost of shipping, I am unable to offer refunds. However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase.
In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged during shipping, the shipment is covered by insurance. To file a claim, please take clear photos of the packaging before opening, as well as during the unpacking process, and document any damage to the artwork itself. These images will be necessary for the insurance provider to process the claim.
Packaging & Shipping Methods
I take great care in packaging each piece of art. Most paintings are shipped fully assembled, with the canvas securely stretched over a wooden frame. They are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective layers to prevent damage.
For larger artworks, I may need to remove the canvas from its frame and ship it rolled in a protective tube. This ensures safer transit and minimizes the risk of damage. If your painting is shipped this way, you will need to have it re-stretched onto a frame by a professional. I will notify you beforehand if this applies to your order.
Shipping Timeline
Original paintings are typically shipped within 1-4 weeks, often sooner. If additional drying time or final refinements are needed, we’ll keep you updated.
International Orders & Customs Fees
Please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your government before you can receive your package. These fees vary by location, so I recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges before placing an order.
