Since these artworks are delicate and require special handling, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This policy helps maintain the integrity of my work and ensures that every collector receives a one-of-a-kind piece in pristine condition.
However, I understand that unexpected issues can occur during shipping. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, I will assist you in filing a claim with the insurance company. To proceed with this, you will need to submit a detailed request along with clear photographs and videos showing the damage. The refund, if approved, will be processed through the insurance provider.
If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take photos before opening the box. Additionally, capture images during the unpacking process and document any damage to the artwork itself. These steps are crucial for submitting a successful claim with the shipping insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each painting is created with care, and processing begins immediately after purchase.
